Inspired by the binary star, is the only mattress capable to ensure a double comfort at the same time, thanks to its integrated structure which combines the Cylinder Springs of three different differentiated zones.

Designed to customize the ergonomics and comfort levels, according to the customers’ height, weight and posture, SHERATAN unique and scientifically tested to ensure a double tailored relax for two;

Top covering fabric: Tencel stretch fabric in 420 gr/m², obtained from natural cellulose fibers, for a refined and

high-performance yarn. Excellent thermoregulation and breathability are its best qualities.

Top covering padding: In Linen and hypoallergenic Fiber 650 gr/m², excellent thermoregulatory with the ability

to get rid of excess moisture. High resistance, gives a pleasant feeling of freshness and well-being.

Internal Structure: Top in enveloping Propeller Memory with Soya, with antibacterial properties; high breathability thanks to its special perforated manufacturing. Bottom side in breathable Technocell® with inside Cylinder Springs of different load bearing for a customised sleep: Firm, Medium, Soft.

Bottom covering fabric: 3D Air System Fabric with high breathability, for a perfect ventilation of the mattress.

Delivery
The delivery date is always understood approximate and in relation to current possibilities. Any delay does not give right to remuneration, compensation or any direct or indirect damages, or the cancellation of the commission. All goods, even if made free destination, travel at buyer's risk.
Any complaints will be accepted if made within eight days from the delivery date. If you note any damage of the goods occurred during transport, these should be reported at same time you receive the goods. The replacements do not create rights for the purchaser to compensation, indemnities or expenses reimbursement.
We only accept returns of goods if authorized by the Company. The amount to be credited will be evaluated
unquestionably by our technical department, which will take account of any returned parts damaged or depreciated.
The average delivery times are 15/20 working days from the date of the order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure not foreseeable from the company.
For requests of "urgent delivery", the client can contact the sales office (at tel. +39 089 9920550/1) in order to check and agree the delivery time. For these deliveries, the Company will charge the recipient any fees and additional transport costs.

Politica di rimborso

Over-sizes cancellations are not accepted if already produced.
The delivery of a partial order due to act of force majeure does not imply any right of the customer to receive a
reimbursement.

Politica di cancellazione / restituzione / cambio

Oggetto: regole di funzionamento del reso merce da cliente
Con la presente si informa che, allo scopo di gestire al meglio il reso della merce, a partire dal
01/03/2016, per tutti i prodotti acquistati e per i quali si intende avviare una procedura di reso
merce, dovranno essere osservate le seguenti indicazioni valide nel caso in cui le motivazioni del
reso siano:
- la merce ricevuta risulta difettosa
- la merce ricevuta risulta non conforme all’ordine inviato
- la merce in sostituzione viene danneggiata a destinazione
- la merce presenta, dopo l’utilizzo, un difetto strutturale ed è restituita dal consumatore al
rivenditore.
La richiesta di reso può essere effettuata entro 7 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione della merce (in
garanzia) e deve effettuarsi su carta intestata con timbro e firma del responsabile o di chi ha
ricevuto la merce specificando obbligatoriamente:
- la motivazione alla richiesta di reso e, se la merce è difettosa, descrivere tutti i difetti
riscontrati
- la descrizione completa, la misura e la quantità della merce che si intende restituire
(le stesse informazioni scritte sull'ordine)
- il numero del documento di trasporto ricevuto con la merce che si intende restituire.
Una volta ricevuta la richiesta, l’azienda valuterà se sussistono le condizioni necessarie per
procedere al reso comunicando via fax o email l’Autorizzazione al reso e concordando con il
cliente le modalità di ritiro dello stesso.
Il reso merce deve essere accompagnato da documento di trasporto (DDT) che deve riportare:
- la descrizione completa, la misura e la quantità della merce che si intende restituire
(le stesse informazioni scritte sull'ordine)
- la motivazione alla richiesta di reso e, se la merce è difettosa, descrivere tutti i difetti
riscontrati
- il numero del documento di trasporto ricevuto con la merce che si intende restituire.
L’azienda non risponderà di maggiori danni sui prodotti rispetto a quelli dichiarati nella
richiesta di Autorizzazione al reso per cui si raccomanda di curare particolarmente l’imballo.
L’azienda potrà avvalersi della facoltà di respingere il reso al mittente nei seguenti casi:
- il DDT non è presente o non riporta quanto richiesto
- la merce giunge all’azienda con danni superiori e/o diversi rispetto a quelli dichiarati nella
richiesta di Autorizzazione al reso.
Il mancato rispetto delle condizioni di cui sopra comporta la decadenza dell’Autorizzazione al reso.
